House rules

No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 30 years old are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are accepted; dangerous animals and dangerous-breed dogs are not accepted. Tourist tax is payable before the stay. Final cleaning costs €130 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation with the last payment. Kitchen cloths, heating, internet access, parking and personalised arrival/departure services are included. Household linen is optional: towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €18 per booking, single-bed linen €14 per booking, and bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is provided for the whole stay without replacement; mid-stay housekeeping is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.

Getting there

Plage de la côte sauvage is 1 km away; the property is described as close to the ocean. The vehicle can be parked in the courtyard, and two outdoor spaces are listed. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is available; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Use a dedicated charging point. Le patio restaurant is 850 m away, Le Relais des Mousquetaires supermarket is 1.5 km away, La villa restaurant is 1.5 km away, and Trousse Chemise golf course is 7 km away.
