House rules

No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 21 years old are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; optional linen is provided on arrival for the full stay and is not renewed. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. An €800 refundable deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation with the final payment and is automatically released after the stay if there is no damage. Final cleaning costs €180 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. Kitchen linen costs €2 per booking; a towel set costs €7 per booking; double-bed linen costs €15 per booking; single-bed linen costs €12 per booking; and a bath mat costs €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is payable before the stay.

Getting there

Plage du Portmain is nearby. The listing gives inconsistent distances for the beach: 400 m in the title and description, and 350 m in the distance table. Three parking spaces are available on the property. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets to charge a vehicle. A dedicated charging point is recommended. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
