House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The refundable €800 security deposit is per booking, collected as a card pre-authorisation; a card number is requested as a guarantee. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €110 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement; there is no housekeeping or linen renewal during the stay. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Plomeur town centre is 50 m away. La Torche-Tronoën beach is 5 km away and Pors Carn beach is 5.5 km away; no access mode is stated. One private outdoor parking space is available. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets to charge a vehicle.
