House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Optional linen is provided on arrival for the stay, without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, held by credit-card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Final cleaning is €155 per booking. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen cloths €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. A baby high chair, heating, internet access and personalised arrival service are included. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection.

Lande beach is 250 m away and La Petite Tahiti beach is 290 m away. Intermarché is 2.5 km away; Le Pouliguen train station is 3 km away. Free street parking is available.
