No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except animals classified as dangerous. Tourist tax is payable before the stay. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €110 per booking. Optional linens: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the expected arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
