## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The living room has ocean views, and waves can be heard from the porch.

Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Level 3 has another king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower, a half bathroom, great room, kitchen, dining area, den and screened porch.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Cable TV is offered for 2026 only, with streaming TV replacing it in 2027.

The private outdoor pool has a published size of 14 × 28 and seasonal opening dates: April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. A Welcome Program starter kit provides initial paper products, soap and a trash bag; guests supply further consumables for their stay.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
