House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Electric bikes are prohibited. Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo such as kayaks and canoes are prohibited, except for car-top carriers. Owners' bicycles are not available for guest use, and no compensation is offered for their unavailability. The fireplace is decorative only.
Getting there
Beach access at Shipyard Beach Club is one mile away, a 15-minute walk. One bedroom is on the main level and three bedrooms are upstairs. Parking is unassigned.
