The townhome sleeps eight guests and has a first-floor entrance, one bedroom on the main level and three bedrooms upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, ample cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and stove. It opens to the dining area and connects to a patio with a gas grill, an umbrella-covered dining table with six chairs, lounge chairs and lagoon views.

The living room has a leather sofa, additional chairs, a flatscreen TV and a decorative-only fireplace, with sliding-door access to the patio. The main-level bedroom has a TV and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a TV, balcony and private en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The other two upstairs bedrooms have TVs and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom also has a Roku for use with guests' own streaming accounts. The sleeping arrangements comprise two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, an iron and a full-size washer/dryer. Shipmaster's unassigned community parking lot, on-site tennis court and community pool are reserved for owners and guests. The shared pool is unheated and opens seasonally from April through October. Beach access at Shipyard Beach Club is one mile away, a 15-minute walk.

The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Electric bikes are prohibited. Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo such as kayaks and canoes are prohibited, except for car-top carriers. Owners' bicycles are not available for guest use, and no compensation is offered for their unavailability. The fireplace is decorative only.
