House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, remove rubbish using the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
The building is undergoing refurbishment, expected to finish in the second half of 2026. Some images include digital furniture and styling; final furnishings and finishes may vary slightly. Darwin Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. City attractions and the waterfront are accessible by car, taxi or rideshare, and local bus services connect Darwin and surrounding areas.
