House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Return of found items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees; retrieval is not guaranteed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Guaranteed early access requires booking the preceding night if available; guaranteed late departure requires booking an additional night if available. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Around 35 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD and 30 minutes from Melbourne Airport. Buses connect Point Cook to Williams Landing Station in under 10 minutes. Werribee Open Range Zoo and the bay are a short drive away. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
