The townhome accommodates six guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the common space has a sofa bed. The bedrooms are on the third floor.

The second floor has a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a living room with TV and Netflix streaming. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. The home has three balconies, a patio, central air conditioning, heating, an iron, a private washer and dryer, and free internet advertised as high-speed.

A beach cart, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. A putting green and BBQ grills are shared on site. Treasure Island Beach and the Gulf are steps away; John's Pass Village is a short drive away for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Assigned parking consists of one private garage space and one space directly outside the garage, suitable for compact and standard-sized vehicles. One dog is permitted. This is a quiet residential area with no parties or events. The townhome has stairs and no elevator. Other Island Vibes homes can be booked separately or as the Island Vibes Grand collection, subject to availability; there are no connecting doors.
