House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors require prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory post-booking ID verification must be completed before check-in instructions are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. At checkout, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish into the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Return of recovered belongings within Australia is subject to postage and service fees, and retrieval is not guaranteed. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in is subject to conditions.
Getting there
Four onsite parking spaces are subject to vehicle size. The private entrance is to the left of the garage. Clarkson Train Station provides rail connections to Perth CBD and Joondalup; local buses connect surrounding neighbourhoods and coastal destinations.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at book.madecomfy.com.au.
