# Family 4-Bed Retreat Near Mindarie Marina Clarkson, WA, Australia (general area) ## About the house This single-storey house has open-plan living and dining areas with timber-look floors, a separate theatre room and ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout. The living and theatre rooms each have an 85-inch TV, and the master bedroom has a 65-inch wall-mounted TV. Four bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds and two single beds. The master bedroom has a private ensuite and blackout blinds. Bedding, hotel-style linen, pillows, bedside tables, reading lamps and hanging storage are provided. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower facilities, plus two hairdryers. The private laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and capsule-compatible coffee machine, along with cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table seats eight, with three additional kitchen-counter stools. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the dining table can be used for laptop work. Rear sliding doors lead to a private furnished patio and enclosed garden. A BBQ and cooking utensils are provided. Parking includes a double garage and driveway, with four spaces subject to vehicle size; free street parking is also available.
