The house

This 1,140-square-foot, single-level condo sleeps six and occupies the third floor of Fallridge, a complex on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. Its American West-inspired interior features hardwood flooring, custom stonework, mountain views and a wood-burning fireplace. Both bedroom suites have an attached bathroom.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. There is a dining table and mini bar, along with a desk workspace, Wi-Fi and television with cable or satellite service. Other amenities include heating, a balcony or patio, outdoor seating, a grill, bed linens and towels.

Guests have access to a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds. The pool is closed for summer 2026. Secure underground parking accommodates two cars, and an elevator serves the building.

Vail Village's ski lifts, restaurants and shops are just over a mile away. The free Town of Vail shuttle provides access to Vail Village and goes directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift.
