## About the house

The 5,500-square-foot home has seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Its open-plan living room, commercial kitchen, bar and dining room are arranged around a wood-burning fireplace. The bar has three choices of beer on tap. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, cooking basics and dishes.

The recreation room has a ping-pong table, Peloton bike and a lounge area with a large-screen television. Outdoor facilities include a wood-burning sauna, a heated outdoor living area with a fire pit, and a private hot tub described as a year-round heated Jacuzzi jetted pool. There are mountain views, a balcony and an uncovered patio or deck.

The lower level has an equipment room with a drying room and boot heaters, along with ski storage. The first five bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. Bed linens, towels, heating, hot water, a washer, dryer, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The estate is about half a mile from the base of Creekside and one mile from the main Whistler Village, with a short drive to the ski lifts.

Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial non-refundable payment of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable once received. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays longer than 30 nights are non-refundable, and additional cleaning will be scheduled with payment processed by the Reservation Team. The Guest Assistant Team will provide check-in information and personalized destination guides.
