# Fairways Villa 120A Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa has a 2,640-square-foot interior and approximately 500 square feet of covered lanai. The vaulted great room has wood ceilings, comfortable seating and sliding doors opening onto the lanai. Indoor dining seats six; the lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging with coastline and fairway views. The equipped kitchen has a center island, breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, cookware and utensils. The primary suite has a private ocean-view balcony, walk-in closet, marble-and-granite ensuite with a dual-headed shower and jacuzzi tub, and access to a private outdoor area. Both guest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two golf carts are included. Other facilities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, cable television, stereo, garage, free parking and a private entrance. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided. Smoke detectors, a deadbolt lock, outdoor lighting and security cameras are listed. Guests have access to the nearby owners-only recreation area with a shared pool, wet bar and BBQ pavilion; a community hot tub is also available. Optional registered access to Hualalai Resort facilities requires paid Daily Resort Guest passes. Facilities include concierge services, sports club and spa, championship golf, tennis, pool and beach services, ocean activities, Kids For All Seasons and resort restaurants excluding Canoe Club and Keolu. Hualalai Trading Company General Store, Coffee Shop and Deli, the owners-only recreation area, the 15th golf hole and resort walking paths along Waiulu Street are within walking access. Resort pools and beach services, the ocean activity center, dining outlets, sports club, spa and tennis club are a short drive away. Resort access is limited November 30–December 5, 2026 during the Chairman's Club Event and January 16–24, 2027 during the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament.
