House rules
A minimum stay of 29 nights applies under Oahu zoning laws. Electricity usage is capped at $500 per month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Children are welcome. Reservations are not accepted during the September 8–November 9, 2026 improvement closure.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s four protected lagoons and marina are a short drive away. Neighborhood paths and golf course surroundings are accessible on foot. A rental car is recommended. Parking is limited to two standard-size vehicles.
