## About the house

The condo accommodates up to six guests in three separated bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom; Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

The open-concept living and dining areas have large windows and sliding doors. A private lanai overlooks the golf course and surrounding greenery. The equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker, with a toaster, freezer, ice machine and utensils also available.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron and television with satellite or cable support extended stays. Other facilities include a private entrance, BBQ, hot water and a smoke detector. Complimentary garage parking accommodates two standard-size vehicles.

The gated Fairways at Ko Olina community has landscaped walking paths, a shared pool and a shared hot tub. Ko Olina’s four protected lagoons, marina, dining and shopping are a short drive away. A rental car is recommended. A minimum stay of 29 nights applies.

Ko Olina’s four protected lagoons and marina are a short drive away. Neighborhood paths and golf course surroundings are accessible on foot. A rental car is recommended. Parking is limited to two standard-size vehicles.

A minimum stay of 29 nights applies under Oahu zoning laws. Electricity usage is capped at $500 per month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Children are welcome. Reservations are not accepted during the September 8–November 9, 2026 improvement closure.
