## About the house

The residence has an open living area with comfortable seating and large windows, a dining area seating four, and a private lanai overlooking the golf course. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite full bathroom, golf views, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or Pack N Play. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, golf views and a ceiling fan. A second full bathroom serves guests. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans are available throughout.

An in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, smart TV, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. A Pack and Play is available. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, BBQ areas and tennis courts. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Ko Olina’s swimming lagoons, marina and beachfront walking paths are a short walk away. Restaurants, cafés and small shops are within the resort area; Kapolei shopping and additional dining are a short drive away. A minimum stay of 30 days applies.

Minimum stay of 30 days. The property is reserved exclusively for one renter for the full rental period. Children are welcome. Smoking is prohibited inside, on the lanai and in all common areas. The pool, spa, recreation area and pavilion will be unavailable September 8–November 9, 2026 for improvements. Beach equipment rentals incur an additional charge.
