House rules
A minimum stay of 29 nights or 30 days applies under Oahu zoning. Electricity usage is capped at $400/month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Children are welcome. Pets require prior approval and must be disclosed at booking; a $200 non-refundable fee and $500 refundable deposit apply per pet. Undisclosed pets may lead to additional charges or cancellation.
Getting there
The Ko Olina lagoons are accessible on foot. A car is recommended. Honolulu International Airport is about 30 minutes away. Parking is limited to an assigned compact/standard space and driveway parking for one vehicle; oversized vehicles and large SUVs may not fit. No public or street parking is permitted.
