## About the house

The condo has an open-plan living area with tropical wood accents, vaulted ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and a breakfast bar provides additional casual seating. A private balcony overlooks greenery and gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, rice cooker, blender and cooking utensils. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron and a private entrance are provided.

The primary bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub and shower. The guest bedroom has garden views and a ceiling fan. Children are welcome. Beach towels, chairs and a cooler are available for lagoon outings.

Shared Fairways facilities include a community pool, hot tub, barbecue grills and tennis courts within the gated resort. Ko Olina Resort has four white-sand lagoons, a championship golf course, spa services, dining, boutique shopping and luaus. The lagoons are accessible on foot. Honolulu International Airport is about 30 minutes away.

The pool, spa and recreation area will be closed for improvements from September 8 through November 9, 2026; the pavilion will also be unavailable.
