House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights, as required by local zoning. Guests are responsible for electricity usage exceeding $500/month. Children are welcome. Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana and vaping, is prohibited throughout the premises, including interiors, balconies, patios and common areas. Violations may result in penalties, cleaning or repair charges, and eviction without refund. Guests must inform all party members and visitors of this policy. The pool, spa, recreation area and pavilion are unavailable from September 8 through November 9, 2026, and reservations are not accepted during that period.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina Station, nearby shopping and dining plazas, and lagoons are within walking distance. Golf, water excursions, hiking trails and family attractions are a short drive away. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking in the community.
