Monthly rentals only, with a minimum 29-night stay required under Oahu zoning; no prorated rates. Guests are responsible for electricity usage exceeding $400/month. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing or damage repairs, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s four white-sand lagoons are a short walk away. Aulani Disney Resort, shops and dining are within walking distance. A car is recommended. The condo is on the ground floor with no stairs or elevators and direct entry from its private garage. Parking is limited to two compact/standard vehicles; oversized vehicles are prohibited, and no street or public parking is available.
