Fairways at Ko Olina 18C sleeps four in Ko Olina Resort on Oahu, Hawaii. The ground-floor condo has no stairs or elevators and offers direct entry from a private garage. An open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating, sliding doors overlooking the fairway and a dining table for six. A shaded lanai and landscaped yard provide outdoor space with golf-course views.

The remodeled kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and lanai access. The guest bedroom has a double bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron and television with satellite or cable service are provided. The community has a shared pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. Ko Olina’s four white-sand lagoons, Aulani Disney Resort, shops and restaurants are within walking distance; golf and tennis are nearby. A car is recommended.

Stays are monthly only, with a minimum of 29 nights and no prorated rates. The community pool, spa, recreation area and pavilion will be unavailable from September 8 through November 9, 2026, and reservations will not be accepted during that period.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing or damage repairs, and may lead to eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy.
