## About the house

Fairway Terrace F-107 accommodates up to six guests in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The open-plan living and dining area has large windows overlooking the fairway, a dining table seating four, and a breakfast bar. The private lanai also overlooks the tenth fairway. Both bedrooms have golf-course views and ceiling fans; the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

The recently updated, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher utensils and dishes, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, rice cooker, and ice machine. A BBQ is also available. In-unit laundry, linens, a hair dryer, iron, Smart TV, satellite or cable television, DVD player, stereo, and Bluetooth speaker or iPod station are provided.

The gated community has a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness room with cardio machines and weights. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and an insulated cooler bag are available; beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Coastal beaches, golf, and scenic hiking trails are a short drive away. A car is recommended, and free on-site parking is provided. There is no on-site EV charging. Self check-in and checkout and 24-hour check-in are available.
