The home accommodates up to nine guests. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, television, ceiling fan, balcony access and air conditioning. The other bedrooms contain a single bed, two single bunk beds and a double bed. The open-plan living area has a television, DVD player and fireplace. Smart TVs, linen, smoke alarms, a fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry are provided. Outdoor spaces include a bushland-facing deck, balcony and courtyard with barbecue facilities. The main bathroom has a shower, bath, spa bath, vanity and separate toilet; the ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

No pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify the manager if the guest count changes. Peak-period bookings may be subject to forced move-in days under the booking terms.
