The two-story home accommodates up to nine guests with four bedrooms, six beds and two bathrooms. Its light-filled main floor has an open layout for group gatherings, a sunny sitting area and a living room fireplace for movie and game nights.

The kitchen has major appliances for preparing meals and a dishwasher. Outside, the private, fully enclosed yard includes a deck, gas grill and private hot tub.

Shopping and dining along Coast Street are a short stroll away. Coast Park and the Newport Performing Arts Center are directly across the street.

The beach is one block away. Shopping and dining along Coast Street are a short stroll away; Coast Park and the Newport Performing Arts Center are across the street. The home has a two-story floor plan.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless different unit-specific or legal requirements apply, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of nine guests. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residential use.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away.

Applicable charges, subject to booking-channel terms, include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; official or HOA fines and related damages; and a late-departure fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may lead to removal without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repair. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The cancellation policy shown by the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control in case of conflict.
