A fireplace, deck, outdoor seating and BBQ provide spaces to relax and dine. Linen is provided. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, bath, separate toilet and vanity; the ground-floor bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Heating, an iron and smoke alarms are provided.
