## About the house

The home has an open-plan living and dining area, a lounge with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry. A fireplace, deck, outdoor seating and BBQ provide spaces to relax and dine. Linen is provided. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, bath, separate toilet and vanity; the ground-floor bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Heating, an iron and smoke alarms are provided.

Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests named on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak-period stays may be subject to forced moves under the booking terms.
