The chef’s kitchen includes a large center island, appliances and a breakfast area. French doors connect the family room to the backyard. Seven bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas span the second floor, main floor and lower level. Bedroom suites include ensuite bathrooms, and the primary suite has a private balcony. The lower-level recreation area has foosball, ping pong and a movie area. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television and fitness equipment. Outside are wraparound balconies, a barbecue patio beneath a wisteria-covered trellis, a fire pit, a fenced backyard, a large tree house and a basketball court. The private in-ground pool has a cascading waterfall and umbrella-covered lounge chairs. Bridgehampton village and nearby beaches are minutes away. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Marquis may work with the owner to reopen canceled dates, at the owner’s discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and written notice is given at least 72 hours before arrival.
