House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be arranged flexibly with the agency. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging point. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; final cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered.
