Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles. Use a dedicated charging station instead. Bed linen and towels are not included. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay, without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 75,00 €. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Heating, personalised arrival and personalised departure services are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be agreed with the agency. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.
Getting there
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment accommodates two adults and two children. Kerver and Fogeo sandy beaches are nearby. Bicycle storage accommodates up to four bicycles. The description places the apartment at the foot of Kerver and Fogeo beaches, but the distance table gives 300 m and 750 m; confirm the route. Super U is 950 m away and Nantes Atlantique airport 122 km. Other distances vary slightly between the description and table: Les Voiles du Fogeo 1–1.1 km, Parcours marin Miramar 1.5–2 km, Port du Crouesty 1.9–2 km, Le Cap Horn and Intermarché 2–2.1 km, central Arzon 2–2.2 km, Bluegreen golf 2.7–3 km and Vannes station 35–35.4 km. Bretagne Atlantique hospital is 32.9 km away.
