Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other condominium decisions.
