Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated in advance and identified. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Guests must follow condominium rules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional daily charge. Common areas may be temporarily closed by condominium management.
