The apartment accommodates three adults, or two adults and one child, with a double bed in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the lounge. The bright, open-plan lounge and dining area has engineered wood flooring, underfloor heating and smart lighting. A fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated workstation support cooking and remote work.

Entertainment includes a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with Apple TV and pre-loaded subscriptions to Netflix, Max, Disney+, Prime Video, AppleTV+ and Discovery+. A wireless gaming controller provides access to Apple Arcade.

The carpeted bedroom has underfloor heating, a chest of drawers, a foldout makeup table and smart lights.
