House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available to hire. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Getting there
The apartment is on the lower ground floor and is accessed via steps. There are steep stairs at the front door and patio. Paid street parking is available. Fulham Broadway’s shops, restaurants, cinema and Whole Foods supermarket are within easy walking distance.
