The 108 m² holiday home has three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds in total. There is one bathroom and a separate guest toilet, both with underfloor heating. The house was built in 1968 and renovated in 2025, and stands on a 582 m² natural plot.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and separate 70-litre freezer. The living room has large windows, a sofa, one flat-screen television, Chromecast, satellite reception with German channels and a radio. A washing machine and free fibre internet with Wi-Fi are available. District heating is included.
Outside are open and screened terrace areas, garden furniture, sun loungers, gas and charcoal barbecues, a tool shed and an electric-car charging socket. The outdoor shower is available from April until 1 November.
The beach, shopping and places to eat are within a short walk. Hvide Sande harbour has fishing boats, cafés and shops.
