House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. An authorised gardening team visits every other Friday between 10:00 and 13:00, accessing only the garden through the side entrance. They do not enter the house, and no guest action or interaction is required.
Getting there
The home occupies two floors. Two locked rooms are excluded from the let: one off the ground-floor hallway and one bedroom on the first floor. Uxbridge town centre is two miles away and Heathrow Airport is around 11 miles away. Ickenham, Hillingdon, Ruislip and Uxbridge stations are nearby, as are the M40 and A40.
