Respect neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. No parties. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony; smoking inside the apartment results in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. AED 500 is deducted from the deposit for each lost access card or set of keys. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival is charged the total reservation price.
Getting there
Access to a private beach is available. Al Maktoum Airport is 29 km away. Baby cots and a baby high-chair are subject to availability.
