Saddlers House occupies a building that sold leather goods in the late 1800s. This first-level apartment retains polished floorboards and feature brick walls, with views over Elizabeth Street. It is opposite the Sunday Farmers Market and a short stroll from the waterfront, with restaurants, cafes and specialty shops nearby.
The living room has comfortable seating, air conditioning, heating and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher, alongside a four-seater dining table. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available.
The standard sleeping arrangement is two single beds in Bedroom 1 and a queen bed in Bedroom 2. An alternative configuration of two queen beds is also offered. There are two full bathrooms: the first has a deep freestanding bath and the second has a shower.
Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Free on-premises parking is available for one car, with direct lift access to the first-level apartment. A travel cot is available when needed.
