How does check-in work, and when is checkout?
Check-in is fully automated and starts at 3:00 p.m. Checkout is before 10:00 a.m. Wynwood House offers assistance through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival are fully refundable. No refunds are granted after that period.
Is a chauffeur service available?
Wynwood House offers a chauffeur service that can be requested by the day, by the hour or for a specific pickup. A 4x4 vehicle is required to access this property.
