The house

Exotic Tropics accommodates eight guests across the three-bedroom main home and a detached one-bedroom casita. There are two king beds and two queen beds, with three bathrooms in total. The open-plan living room has a smart TV, fireplace and views of the pool yard. Mid-century furnishings and art include works by Shag, Witco and Bosco. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, breakfast bar, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and cooking utensils. Indoor and outdoor dining areas seat eight. Outdoor amenities include a pool, private hot tub, shaded chaises, multiple lounge areas, a fire pit, bocce ball court, ping pong table and mountain views. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided.
