The house

The 1,456-square-foot suite has nearly 360-degree views encompassing the Pacific Ocean, Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park and the city skyline. The oceanfront living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the dining table seats six. The open kitchen has stainless appliances, a center island and expansive counters, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Diamond Head views, blackout shades, a walk-in closet, dresser drawers, cable TV and window air conditioning. Its ensuite bathroom has dual shower heads and a toilet. The guest bedroom has a queen Murphy bed, partial ocean views, closet storage, an office desk, computer and printer. The guest bathroom has a shower, tub and toilet.

The fully furnished interiors include an in-unit washer and dryer, smart/cable TV and natural cross-breeze ventilation. Coral Strand has a secure lobby, an elevator, tropical grounds and a shared heated oceanfront pool with a deck. Beach towels, beach chairs and an outdoor shower are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Waikiki Beach, Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park and local cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. Ala Moana Center, the Diamond Head hiking trail and downtown Honolulu are a short drive away. Monthly stays require a minimum 90-day reservation and manager/owner approval for online bookings.
