House rules
Bed linen and towels are not supplied but can be arranged on request. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 3,450 SEK per stay. Electricity is not included and is charged at 3 SEK per used kWh. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups up to 21 years are not accepted.

The sandy beach is stated as 150 metres away in the title and description, while the features and map sections state 50 metres. Ystad town centre is 2.3 km away; shops and restaurants are 1.5 km away. Open-air parking has four spaces.
