The house

The cottage has an open-plan living area and family den with sectional seating, ocean-facing windows, local island artwork and mid-century details. The dining area seats four. A full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, wine fridge and cooking utensils.

Three bedrooms each have a queen bed. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a ceiling fan; the room inventory also offers portable AC for the ensuite bedroom. Another bedroom has a partial ocean view and portable AC available. The mountain-view guest bedroom has window AC and a dedicated desk. A shared bathroom serves the home.

The private landscaped yard includes outdoor seating, a covered lanai, a BBQ and a picnic setup, with private beachfront access to Ewa Beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Indoors, amenities include a smart TV, home theater, Wi-Fi, a workspace and a washer/dryer. Free parking, a garage, a private entrance and self check-in are available. Security cameras are present.

Local cafés, small markets and the sandy beach are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping district, Coral Creek Golf Course, the Hawaiian Railway Society and hiking trails are a short drive away. Children are welcome. One dog may stay with approval and a $250 fee per stay.
