House rules
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Meetings and events are allowed. A mandatory resort fee of $55 plus tax per room per day is charged at booking and is subject to change. Additional parking charges apply when used: overnight valet $65, overnight self-parking $35, visitor valet $40/hr and visitor self-parking $30/hr.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access with an on-site chairlift to Palisades Tahoe. Parking is paid only. The exact address is provided after booking.
