The accommodation combines a one-bedroom condo and an adjoining lock-off studio, each with a private entrance. The living area has an LED TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker and two-burner electric stovetop, with a dining table for four. A dishwasher is also available.

The condo bedroom has a king bed, LED TV and writing desk. Its bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and living area and has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The lock-off studio sleeps four in two queen beds and includes an LED TV, writing desk and coffee bar with a Keurig. Its bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Resort facilities include heated all-season pools, a spa, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, seasonal ice rink and a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. An on-site chairlift serves Palisades Tahoe. The accommodation has mountain views, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, board games and internet access; an elevator is available.
