A large window overlooks the private chairlift and mountains. The suite has a kitchenette, a spacious writing desk, complimentary Wi-Fi and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Elevators serve the eighth-floor condo, and coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Shared resort facilities include two heated outdoor pools open year-round, a children's pool and 150-foot waterslide, an outdoor hot tub and whirlpools, two tennis courts, a seasonal ice-skating rink, a fitness center and full-service spa. There is an 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., a stocked trout pond with guided fly-fishing, and a cross-country ski center with 11 km of groomed trails. Six restaurants are on-site. A nature trail skirts the resort, and the Truckee River Bike Trail is nearby. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away and offers boating, rafting and paddleboarding. The adjoining two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom lockoff unit may be rented separately for a larger group; it is not part of this studio rental. The condo is on the eighth floor, with elevators available. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and operation of the Palisades Tahoe lift, and may be unavailable early or late in the season. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away. The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the rental. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or maximum of four guests. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission and may incur additional fees. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. A mandatory daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, subject to change, is charged with the reservation at booking.
