The condo has a living area with an LED TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Its kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker and two-burner electric stovetop for preparing simple meals. The bedroom has a king bed, an LED TV and a writing desk. One bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and living area, has a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.
Shared resort facilities include two heated outdoor pools open year-round, a children's pool and 150-foot waterslide, an outdoor hot tub and whirlpools, two tennis courts, a seasonal ice-skating rink, a fitness center and a full-service spa. The resort also has an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., a stocked trout pond, guided fly-fishing and a cross-country ski center.
An on-site private chairlift connects to Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort. A nature trail skirts the resort, and the Truckee River Bike Trail is nearby. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away and offers boating, rafting and paddleboarding.
