House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits; a pet-policy violation may result in termination of tenancy. Sunday check-in and checkout. The gas fireplace is available in 2026 only, January 1–April 26 and October 11–December 31.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront. A shared beach walkway leads directly from the house to the shore. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
